Information on treatment pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation

Should the Controller entrust the processing operations to third parties, the latter will be appointed for this purpose in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, subject to verification of the compliance of the same with the provisions on the protection of personal data. The Controller will only use data controllers who provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, so that the processing meets the requirements of the GDPR and guarantees the protection of the rights of the data subject.

1. Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data

The provision of personal data is mandatory only for the processing necessary for the provision of services offered by Loffredo Paolo (any refusal for the purpose of providing the service makes it impossible to use the service); it is optional for promotional and profiling purposes and any refusal to give consent does not have negative consequences on the provision of the service offered on the Site.

For direct marketing and profiling purposes we keep your data for a maximum period equal to that foreseen by the applicable law (respectively equal to 24 (twenty-four) and 12 (twelve) months).

Invoices, accounting documents and transaction data are held for 11 (eleven) years under the law (including tax obligations).

Loffredo Paolo guarantees the lawful and correct treatment of Personal Data provided through the Website, in full compliance with current legislation, as well as the maximum confidentiality of data provided during registration.

All data are collected according to the guidelines of the relevant legislation, with particular regard to the security measures provided for by art. 32 of the GDPR for their processing through IT tools, manual and automated and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated in Article 4 and in any case in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

1. Rights of the interested parties

The interested party has the right to ask the Data Controller at any time to access and correct or delete the data or limit the processing or to oppose their treatment and, in any case, may exercise all rights to the Data Controller. to the articles 15 ss of the GDPR applicable to him.

The interested party also has the right to propose a complaint to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data or to another competent supervisory authority.
