Napoli Europea - Letteratura e circolazione di edizioni e di idee nel Rinascimento

The importance of a multidisciplinary vision, which has always been important for the Istituto Nazionale di Studi sul Rinascimento Meridionale, can be expressed through the idea of a “european Naples” itself. The project and its development aim to deepen the multifaceted character and the richness of nuances of forms and contents that the circulation of books and ideas brought to Europe during Renaissance. On the double slope of editorial production and book circulation, as well as on european routes emerging in works, on its fruition and influences intellectuals practised on each other in cultural areas in France, UK, Spain and German, this volume is the very first moment of reflection. It aims to make the weight of ideas, editions, personalities from Southern Italy and their repercussion on Renaissance Europe emerge from a more general point of view.
